3. Fees & Payment

  • Payments are due as per the terms outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

  • We are not responsible for late payments from brokers, shippers, or other third parties.

4. Carrier Responsibilities

  • You remain responsible for your equipment, safety compliance, insurance, and driver conduct.

  • You must ensure your drivers comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations.

  • All load-related risks, damages, or delays are your responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We act solely as a dispatching service and are not a carrier, broker, or freight forwarder.

  • We are not liable for cargo loss, damage, accidents, delays, or violations arising during transportation.

  • Our liability is limited to the dispatching fee paid for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information and expect the same in return. All parties agree not to disclose sensitive business details without written consent.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice.

  • Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

8. Governing Law
